Marrakech to the desert and back to Marrakech
3 Days Sahara Desert Tour – Merzouga
Day 1: Marrakech – Tizi -n-Tichka – Ait Benhaddou – Ouarzazate – Dades Valley/Gorges
Your trip to Merzouga dunes will start with a drive across the high atlas mountains the (2,260-metres high) Tizi N Tichka Pass , and see beautiful villages on the mountains.
Stop for lunch and a tour in the World heritage site of Ait Ben haddou which is the most famous Kasbah used as a movie set for more than 20 film. After lunch we will be driving by Ouarzazate, Skoura valley, Rose valley and Dades valley.
overnight in the hotel in Dades Gorges.
Day 2 : Dades Valley- Toudra gorges – Arfoud – Merzouga
After the breakfast, we head off from Dades canyons to the erg chebbi dunes in Merzougapassing by the Berber villages in Tinjdad, Jorf and Erfoud where we will stop to visit a fossils workshop, and then we continue to Merzouga. Our camels will take us upfor a rike to the big dune to enjoy the sunset . we will spend the night in a camp(nomad berber tents) with drums music of the Sahara.
Day 3 : Merzouga – N’kob – Agdez – Ouarzazate – Marrakech
We will wake up early morning to watch the sunrise in dunes, we will enjoy our breakfast on the dune then we ride camels back to Merzouga to start our trip to Marrakech trough different areas and different Berber villages ( Alnif , Tazarine , N’kob ) until Ouarzazate were we will stop for lunch then back to Marrakech.
we arrive in evening/night 6pm
